Enterprise retail software provider Celerant integrates a mobile shopping app into its platform.
Celerant will be showcasing its end-to-end enterprise retail system and debuting a new mobile shopping app at Booth #5831 at the NRF 2023 “Big Show” conference, January 15-17 in New York. Solutions include mobile POS, in-store kiosks, e-commerce, online marketplace integration and back office software.
Our back office suite includes solutions for product and pricing, inventory/warehouse management, automated fulfillment and shipping integration, purchase orders, loyalty rewards and promotions, CRM, ERP, accounting and reporting.
Additionally, Celerant now offers a mobile shopping app. This allows retailers to offer omnichannel fulfillment options such as same day curbside or buy online and pick up in store. The app is integrated into Celerant’s back office systems, allowing retailers to leverage a centralized database to update products and prices and manage sales in real time from all retail channels. Retailers can make branded versions of their apps available for download for iOS and Android devices.
Celerant’s mobile shopping app is also designed to enable retailers to send personalized and targeted push notifications directly to their customers’ phones based on triggers such as past purchases, cart abandonment and brand preferences. The app can also be combined with Celerant’s integrated email automation, SEO services, social media marketing and content creation solutions to drive traffic and sales both in-store and online.
