In 2008 Richard Heyes founded Tecmark and 15 years later the SEO agency celebrated its 15th anniversary.
The Manchester-based business claims to have “pioneered many of the fundamental processes that helped shape the SEO industry.” We pride ourselves on a strategy focused on facts that have benefited companies such as Sainsbury’s, BUPA and B&M Stores over the years.
Despite the usual ups and downs that come with the pandemic, Tecmark continues to grow after a successful 2022. Founder Richard Heyes said of the highlights heading into the 15th anniversary celebration: Ever since Techmark was established.
“Running an agency is very hard work and this journey has been full of many ups and downs, but I have been privileged to have had the opportunity to work with so many amazing people along the way. Over the last 15 years, Tecmark has seen over 200 employees deliver award-winning SEO services to over 450 clients.”
Highlights continued last year with three new hires, award nominations and wins, expanded digital PR services, and an all-new office. Additionally, 2022 saw a rebranding of the agency, with the original design switched to a “fresh new look” to reflect the internal changes.
Marketing Manager Lydia Luther said of the rebranding:
“We wanted an update that represents the direction for 2022 and beyond, with a full focus on organic search and bringing innovative SEO to our clients in an ever-changing search landscape.”
With the business settling into its new offices and gearing up for 2023, Richard spoke about what’s next for Tecmark. Tecmark will have more success in 2023.
“We are proud of everyone who has been part of our team at every stage of Tecmark’s journey and thank them for the role they have played in the story so far.
