Prepare for a tense love triangle in ‘Pung, Korean Psychiatrist 2’!
Based on the novel of the same name, ‘Joseon Psychiatrist Poong’ is a tvN drama in which Kim Min-jae plays the role of Yoo Se-poong, a famous physician who was involved in a conspiracy and was exiled from the royal court. In Season 1, he meets Seo Eun-woo (Kim Hyang-gi) and Kye Ji-han (Kim Sang-kyung) in the strange and beautiful village of Kaes, and embarks on a mission to become a true doctor to heal the heart.
Both Yoo Se-poong and Seo Eun-woo had feelings for each other in Season 1, but in Season 2, they face an unexpected new obstacle: the bold and passionate Princess Lee So-yi (Woo Dabi). To do.
Lee So-yi, who considers herself to be Yoo Se-poong’s first love, is determined to marry a doctor. Even her usually calm and composed Yoo Se-poong is surprised by her dizzying honesty, but she is irresistible for her unpredictability and her lively charm.
In newly released stills from the upcoming second season, Lee So Yi looks less than happy after running into Yoo Se Poon and Seo Eun Woo. After the princess pointed at her romantic rival with a fierce glare, Seo Eun-woo awkwardly stared at the floor and Yoo Se-poong seemed caught off guard by Lee So-yi’s arrival.
Park Won-guk, the director of “Joseon Psychiatrist Poong”, said, “In the drama, Lee So Yi is a character who fearlessly runs at full speed to win Sae Poong’s heart. and Seo Eun Woo [romantically] It will be interesting to watch because of the reality of her situation.
The drama’s producer added:[Lee Seo Yi] A reckless princess who must do whatever she sets her mind to. Actress Wu Davi will bring a lively new energy to her drama by lovingly expressing the character’s playful charm,” she said.
“Pung, Korean Psychiatrist 2” will premiere on January 11 at 10:30 p.m. (KST) and can be viewed with subtitles on Viki.
