Lafayette-based web development company Comit Developers has acquired Lafayette’s company to form one of the largest web development companies in Louisiana, according to Comit officials.
Comit, 1325 Eraste Landry Road will acquire Bizzuka’s ongoing web hosting, development, maintenance and security of the web client and web development team. Both companies have his 20-year history in web design, digital marketing and customer service, and Comit co-founder Spencer Hoyt joined forces with his Bizzuka CEO John Munsell in 2003 to Was providing his SEO services to Bizzuka clients.
Commit Partner Jared Allardyce has also worked for the Mansell and Vizca brands in the past. Bizzuka has gradually shifted his focus to digital his marketing coaching and consulting, helping companies build strong internal and external marketing teams.
